Design and installation of electrical, mechanical, sanitary, fire prevention, data transmission and voice systems. Architectural and Structural Technical design, civil works, project management and site supervision.
The Student Center is part of the Polytechnic of Bari University Campus, where the teaching and research activities take place. We managed the project, since the client's brief, as prime contractor by being the main point of contact of the client. The structure is spread over two floors for about 650 sqm and has 244 workstations equipped for the individual study with electrical outlets and Wi-Fi connection.

On the ground floor we have built the new "Health Center" and a technical compartment for equipments and systems that will be used for the air conditioning of the Student Center and the energy control panels. On the first floor, the double external façade in wooden slats placed vertically and horizontally modulates the solar radiation on the large windows according to the lighting needs of the spaces. On the second floor the structure gives access to two classrooms of about 250 sqm.
